Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case you are not happy with the quality of the products or the products don’t give you the desired relief, you can simply return the product to us, within 2 months of purchase, giving the order reference number and date. We will replace the product or refund entire amount minus shipping charges.
Please note that the product packing should be intact (open bottles will not be accepted), unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

Refund of money will happen the way payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Return shipping charges will be refunded along with the above refund for the product.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in about 10-15 working days through our Payment Gateway partners.
This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
