Refund policy

In order to provide the best formulations based on the available research on each ingredient, all of our formulas go through a rigorous analysis by our Advisory Board.

However, we do understand that there may be some cases in which some people are not completely satisfied with their purchase, and in such cases, we are happy to refund your money within the first 60 days of purchase, less of a minimum $ 50 towards Shipping & Handling Fee or 35% of the amount paid, whichever is higher. Please email us your grievance with the order reference number and we will guide you with the refund process

Kindly send us a photo of all unopened bottles via email in the refund request email. Bottles should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

Refund shall be processed to the initial payment method. Typically refunds are processed in about 3-4 working days through our International Payment Gateway partners.
