We promise our customers what can be delivered and deliver them what has been promised.

We are open to our customer’s suggestions and criticisms and based on their feedback, continuously strive to improve.

We respect and protect our customer’s dignity and privacy. We take all reasonable steps to prevent accidental disclosure or
unauthorized access to customers information which we consider as ‘confidential’. We never disclose their information unless required to do so by the law or in exceptional circumstances.

Customer’s complaint, if any, is taken with utmost seriousness with ample care and is closed only after a satisfactory solution.
