Commiphora mukul is known for its Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic (pain-relieving) effects. Therefore, it is useful in Arthritic pains and helps in reversing the degenerative changes that occur in joints and bones. It regulates the Thyroid gland, which in turn regulates metabolism and corrects Thyroid imbalances. It also acts as a blood purifier and increases blood circulation throughout the body.
Pluchea lanceolata possesses Anti-inflammatory properties, which alleviate muscle and joint aches. As an Antioxidant, the herb scavenges Free Radicals in the body. It also acts as a Nervine Tonic.
Withania somnifera acts as a Nervine Tonic & also possesses Anti-inflammatory properties. It is widely used to boost the Immune system and promote overall well-being. It is a powerful Antioxidant, which scavenges Free Radicals in cells that are responsible for premature Ageing.
Paederia foetida contains essential oil which has Anti-inflammatory and Antispasmodic properties, which help alleviate the pain associated with joint ache and Rheumatism. It helps in increasing Blood circulation.

Directions for Use:
1 sachet 2 times daily after meals, or as indicated in applicable disease medication or as directed.
Side effects:
Nervica is not known to have any side effects if taken within the prescribed dosage. It can safely be consumed by persons with diabetes, high blood pressure or women who are pregnant. It does not cause any harm/ adverse effect in above cases.
